Delivery Information

Deliveries that have been damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on delivery paperwork as well as the items that have been delivered/damaged. A claim for damaged products in transit will not be accepted if the goods have been signed for as being received in good condition. It is not acceptable to sign “unchecked” or similar, deliveries must be checked thoroughly.
